    [摘要]目的：评价复方甘草酸苷片联合舒缓保湿修护霜在面部敏感性皮肤患者中的治疗作用。方法：选取2020年6月-2021年6月于筆者医院就诊的50例面部敏感性皮肤的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。口服复方甘草酸苷片者为对照组(23例)，口服复方甘草酸苷片联合外用舒缓保湿修护霜者为观察组(27例)。治疗2周后比较两组皮损面积评分、表皮含水量及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组皮损面积评分及表皮含水量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后，观察者皮损面积评分小于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组表皮含水量大于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组总有效率(96.30%)高于对照组(65.22%)(P<0.05)，且两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：复方甘草酸苷片联合舒缓保湿修护霜治疗面部敏感性皮肤疗效显著。
