    [摘要]目的：比较根管治疗(Root canal therapy，RCT)后乳磨牙大面積缺损儿童使用树脂嵌体和金属预成冠修复的效果。方法：选取2018年4月-2020年4月笔者医院口腔科接诊的112例RCT后乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿作为研究对象，根据修复方式分为树脂嵌体组和金属预成冠组，每组56例。比较两组修复成功率、咀嚼功能、家属满意度、出血指数(Bleeding index，BI)及并发症情况。结果：治疗后两组修复成功率、修复后3个月咀嚼功能及BI评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；树脂嵌体组家属满意度高于金属预成冠组，并发症发生率低于金属预成冠组(P<0.05)。结论：两种方式对乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿均有良好的修复效果，但树脂嵌体修复可短时间内改善患者咀嚼功能，患儿家属满意度高，并发症少。
