    [摘要]中医美容科是在皮肤科学基础上发展起来的一个独立小分科，融合了美学、中医学以及部分现代激光美容医学的学科。临床带教过程中带教老师不仅要重视学生专业知识能力的培养，还应注重学生动手能力、沟通能力和环境适应能力的培养。中医美容科培养高质量的实习生的关键在于提高临床带教质量，提高实习生的实践能力，带领美容医学实习生完成从理论到实践的转型，满足社会对皮肤美容专业应用型人才的需求。
