    [摘要]中面部除皱术，又称中面部提升术，因其可高效除皱并可长期维持手术效果，一直受到患者的青睐和学术界的关注。近年来，在面部年轻化手术治疗领域，学者们做了大量的工作，很多学者从不同的角度回顾了中面部除皱术的研究进展，本文按照历史的进程总结除皱术的解剖及术式演变的关系，并就并发症的发生率及预防和处理手段综述如下。
