    [摘要]目的：观察短波理疗仪联合虾青素皮肤屏障修复液治疗面部敏感性皮肤的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2022年4月-2022年6月就诊于笔者医院的20例面部敏感性皮肤患者为研究对象，给予短波理疗仪导入虾青素皮肤屏障修复液治疗，每周1次，持续治疗3周，分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后3周进行疗效判定，对患者主观症状瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷感及客观体征红斑、丘疹、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张进行评分。结果：治疗后1周、3周瘙痒、灼热、紧绷及红斑有改善，治疗后3周刺痛、鳞屑有改善，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，试验中未见明显不良反应。结论：短波理疗仪联合虾青素皮肤屏障修复液可以缓解面部敏感性皮肤的症状，且无明显不良反应。
