    [摘要]目的：比較纯钛支架义齿和Vitallium 2000铸造支架义齿修复牙列缺损的疗效及对患者义齿性口炎发生率的影响。方法：选择2017年1月-2019年11月笔者医院收治的牙列缺损患者116例，根据支架材料不同分为纯钛组和Vitallium组，每组58例。修复2年后，比较两组患者总体疗效、基托菌斑分布、基托菌斑指数情况、基托真菌培养结果、义齿性口炎发生情况及治疗满意度。结果：Vitallium组咀嚼效率、就位率高于纯钛组(P<0.05)；修复2年后，两组基托组织面区域菌斑比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而纯钛组基托菌斑指数高于Vitallium组(P<0.05)；纯钛组白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、褶皱念珠菌、光滑念珠菌菌落数量高于Vitallium组(P<0.05)；纯钛组义齿性口炎总发生率、平均发生频率高于Vitallium组(P<0.05)；纯钛组治疗总满意度低于Vitallium组(P<0.05)。结论：Vitallium 2000作为牙列缺损患者可拆除局部支架材料总体疗效高，较纯钛材料更能降低口腔细菌感染和义齿性口炎的发生，患者满意度更高。
