腋下改良弧形小切口开胸手术185例应用体会(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨腋下弧形小切口在胸部手术中的应用体会。方法:采用腋下弧形小切口(切口长度6-14cm,平均11.6cm)对185例胸部疾病的患者施行了手术治疗,包括气胸、血气胸、肺部良恶性肿瘤、纵隔肿瘤、食管良恶性肿瘤以及贲门癌等。结果:所有病人均成功地进行了手术,无手术死亡,并发症率为4.8%。结论:腋下弧形小切口开胸手术具有切口小、创伤轻、出血少、对心肺功能影响小,恢复快以及美观等优点,是治疗胸部疾病较好的手术方法。【关键词】小切口;胸部疾病;微创手术

A review on 185 cases with the subaxillary curved mini-incision thoracotomy

【Abstract】Objective:To search for the clinical feasibility and advantages of subaxillary curved mini-incision thoracotomy in the thoracic surgery. Methods:185 patients with thoracic disease by using subaxillary curved mini-incision thoracotomy(the length of incision range 6 to 14cm)were performed on from Octorber 2001 to May 2010. 38 had cardiac cancer and esophageal cancer, 92 lung cancer, 16 spontaneous pneumothorax, 8 tuberculoma ,11 mediastinal tumor or cyst, 5 hemopneumothorax, 2 esophageal leiomyoma,2 cardiospasm, 3 bronchiectasis, 1 pulmonary cyst,4 inflammatory pseudotumor.1 encapsulated empyema,2 intrathoracic tumor and 1 middle lobe syndrome.Results:All patients were successfully conducted curved mini-incision thoracotomyand the postoperative convalescence was much shortened. There was no operative death. 9(4.8%) cases had postoperative complications.Conclusion:Subaxillary curved mini-incision thoracotomy is the minimally invasive surgery. It has characteristic of mini-incision, less pain, less bleeding, less transfusing, less affecting cardiopulmonary function, better recovered and cosmetic surgery. So it is sure that subaxillary curved mini-incision thoracotomy will be developed to a successful procedure in the treatment of thoracic diseases. ......
