自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉
【摘要】目的:观察自体角膜缘干细胞治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法: 对35例(37眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者采取自体角膜缘干细胞移植。术后随访6-12月。结果:33例(35眼)治愈,治愈率94.6%,2例复发。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植可为病变区角膜和结膜提供新的干细胞来源。是治疗复发性翼状胬肉理想的方法。【关键词】角膜缘;干细胞;移植;复发性翼状胬肉

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical the effect of Autologus limbal stem cell transplantation in the recurrent pterygium. Methods:35cases(37eyes) ofrecurrent pterygium were permormed autologus limbal stem cell transplantation. Results:35 eyes were healed (94.6%) and 2 eyesrecurred(5.4%). Conclusion:To provede new stem cell source for injured limbus with limbal epithelial autograft transplantation is a reasonable therapeuteic method for treatment of recurrent pterygium.
