扩张器在颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形中应用(1)
【摘要】目的: 探讨扩张器在治疗颈部疤痕应用。方法:自2004年以来,我们对38例颈部烧伤后遗留瘢痕的病人在植入扩张器后注水1-3个月后,行扩张皮瓣修复瘢痕创面。结果:共植入41个扩张器,除2 个出现并发症,终止扩张外,其余经6 个月～1年随访,修复的创面功能及外形均较满意。结论:颈部瘢痕治疗中,应用扩张器是一种治疗效果较好的一种方法。【关键词】颈部瘢痕;扩张器

Expander in the application of scar contracture of the neck

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the expansion application in the treatment of neck scar. Methods: Since 2004, we left after 38 cases of cervical burn scar of patients after implantation of expander injection 1-3 months after insertion of the expanded flap scar wound. Results: A total of 41 expander implant, in addition to two complications, to terminate the expansion, the other after 6 months to 1 year follow-up, repair the wound showed satisfactory function and appearance. Conclusion: The neck scar treatment, application of the expansion device is a good treatment method.
