经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术的手术配合及护理体会
【摘要】目的:探讨经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的手术配合。方法:术前心里护理、仪器物品准备,术中密切配合手术进程,观察患者的生命体征。 结果:术后无出血、感染、排斥反应等并发症。术后1天内即可下床活动。 结论:齐全的物品准备、细致的护理配合是减少术后风险,促进手术成功的重要保证。【关键词】经阴道;无张力尿道中段悬吊术;手术配合;护理

【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the mid-urethral tension-free vaginal tape for surgical (TVT) treatment of female stress urinary incontinence surgery with.Methods:of preoperative heart care, equipment items prepared in close coordination surgery operation process, observe the patient’s vital signs.Results:No postoperative bleeding, infection, rejection occurred.You can get out of bed after a days activities.Conclusions:complete the article prepared with meticulous care to reduce the postoperative risk, an important guarantee for the success of operation.
