激素治疗色素性紫癜性皮肤病的疗效分析
【摘要】目的:探讨激素对色素性紫癜性皮肤病的疗效。方法:对14例色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者,给予泼尼松治疗,并随访观察1年。结果:14例均治愈,8例复发。结论: 激素治疗色素性紫癜性皮肤病疗效满意,但复发率较高。【关键词】色素性紫癜性皮肤病;激素

Clinical Efficacy of Glucocorticoid in Treatment of Pigmented Purpura Dermatosis

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid in treatment of pigmented purpura dermatosis. Methods:14 patients with pigmented purpura dermatosis were treated with Prednisone and were followed for 1 years. Results:14 patients were all cured. 8 patients had recured. Conclusion:Glucocorticoid treatment on pigmented purpura dermatosis have a more satisfactory effect,but have significantly recurrence rate.
