【摘要】目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的临床疗效。方法:采用输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗38例输尿管狭窄患者,术中留置F7-F8双J管一根;术后2-3月拔除双J管;拔管后3-6个月进行B超或静脉肾盂造影检查。结果:术后随访32病例中,时间3-24个月,29例治愈(治愈率90.6%)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄是一种疗效确切、安全、微创的手术方法。

    Clinical analysis of treatment of ureteral stricture with ureteroscopic and Holmium:YAG laser (report of 38 cases)

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the treatment of ureteral stricture with ureteroscopy andholmium laser. Methods:Inside incision with ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laserand setting F8double J tube were performed on 38 ureteral stricture patients,and the double J tubes were pulled out after two or three months postoperatively. Ultrasonography and excretion urography were perfomed 3 to 6 months after extubation.Results:32 patients out of 38 had been followed-up from 3 monthes to 24 monthes after operation,among them 29 cases with satisfactory results,and the cure rate is 90.6%.Conclusions:Hohmium:YAG laser endouretertomyis an effective, safe and minimally invasive method for ureteral stricture. ......
