【摘要】目的：探讨鼻内镜下膨胀止血海绵填塞治疗鼻腔顶部出血的效果。方法：选择临床诊断为鼻腔顶部顽固性出血的患者16例，采用鼻内镜下膨胀止血海绵填塞止血。结果16例患者均治愈。结论：鼻内镜下膨胀止血海绵填塞治疗鼻腔顶部出血疗效确切。

    【Abstract】Objective: endoscopic treatment nasal bleeding sponge expansion of bleeding. Top Methods: clinical diagnosis for patients with intractable bleeding nose top 16 patients, the endoscopic inflation hemostatic sponge filling the bleeding. Results all patients were cured. Conclusion: nasal endoscopic treatment nasal cavity expansion hemostatic sponge definite effect on top of bleeding.
