【摘要】医院文化是以中华民族文化为基础，以社会主义时代文化为根本为主导，与现代医学文化相结合的，是以各门类文化、各行业文化、各学科文化相互交流相互渗透而形成的一种特定的行业文化。医院文化包含着物质文化、意识文化、科技文化、管理文化等要素，这些要素大都是相对抽象的，要让医院文化充分地体现出来，并不断发扬光大，有必要开辟一个富有医院独特个性的文化载体即医院《院刊》。
