【摘要】急性心肌梗死是心脏猝死的重要原因。通过以马斯洛的需要层次论应用于急性心肌梗死病人的护理，来确定护理的工作范围和病人需要解决的问题；通过护理手段来满足、维护病人的各种需要。从而提高护士独立思靠的能力，体现出了护理工作的专业性和独立性，推动了护理学科不断向前发展。

    【Abstract】Acute myocardial infarction is a major cause of sudden cardiac death. Through Maslow’s hierarchy of needs applied to the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction to determine the scope of work and patient care problems to be solved; by nursing means to meet and maintain the patient’s needs. Independent thinking by nurses to improve the capacity of the nursing work reflects the professionalism and independence, and promote the continuous development of the nursing discipline.
