美容美形与失眠的饮食养生(1)

     【摘要】随着社会的发展, 生活方式的改变,失眠症状的发病率和患病率呈逐年增加趋势,现已成为危害人类身心健康的常见病症。具有中医特色的失眠饮食养生学疗法是现今及未来最合乎理想的务实失眠疗法。就中医养生学观点而言,药食同源,药疗不如食疗,药补不如食补,因此,中医养生学的失眠饮食疗法,特别是药膳疗法,若再配合生活起居疗法,能经济实惠地助益改善失眠症状,而且可达到未病先防和既病防变的预防、治疗与养生相结合境界,达到青春常驻。

    【Abstract】Insomnia becomes the more popular diseases of human beings with the rising living level and The change of lifestylein the global commercial and industrial society . at present and in the future ,the most optimal insomnia therapy is the health-carepreservation treatment with TCM characteristics. Based on the viewpoint of TCMhealth-care and preservation ,the medicinal drugs and diets are the same sources ,and the food diets are better than medicinal diets.the insomnia DIY therapy at home not only can be carried through a long term without any effects, but also can improve the personal constitution and health-care preservation, but also make better back to normal sleep life as soon as possible. Finally, it will be very good health care for personal whole life after following the important principles of insomnia prevention, treatment and health-care preservation including the concepts of the prevention before insomnia occurs and the treatment before insomniadevelops. ......
