【摘要】目的：防范护理纠纷发生，降低护理风险，提高护理质量。方法：采取亲情式沟通，取得患者及家属信任。并与上一年度进行比较。结果：本年度护理纠纷发生率为零^[1]。结论：采取亲情式沟通实施信任式护理切实可行。

    【Abstract】Objective: To prevent nursing dispute, reduce the risk of care and improve quality of care. Methods: A family-style communication, obtain the trust of patients and their families. And compared with the previous year. Results: year nursing dispute was zero^[1]. Conclusion: The type of communication to family-style care and practical implementation of the trust.
