尼莫地平联合松龄血脉康治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的：观察尼莫地平联合松龄血脉康治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将116例经病史和CT、MRI、TCD等检查证实的后循环缺血性眩晕患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗，治疗组给予尼莫地平片加用松龄血脉康胶囊治疗，疗程为14天，比较两组临床疗效及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)指标。结果：治疗组痊愈12例、显效25例、有效20例、无效1例，总有效率98.3% ；对照组痊愈3例、显效14例、有效23例、无效18例，总有效率69.0%。两组总有效率比较,P<0.05。而在痊愈例数方面和改善眩晕症状的时间方面(7天内),治疗组比对照组显示的尤为明显, P<0.01。在改善椎-基动脉的平均血流速度方面和降低血管阻力指数方面，治疗组明显区别于对照组，P<0.05。两组在不良反应方面无明显差别，且治疗后无脏器功能损害。结论：尼莫地平联合松龄血脉康治疗后循环缺血性眩晕较单用尼莫地平有明显的优势，且无明显副反应。从而证实了松龄血脉康胶囊在后循环缺血性眩晕的治疗方面有较好的前景。

Clinical Observation of Nimodipine in combination with Songlinxuemaikang on Vertebrobasilar ischmic vertigo

【Abstract】Objective：Use to Observes clinical curative effect and the security of Nimodipine tabella in combination with Songlinxuemaikang capsule on Posterior circulation ischmic vertigo. Methods：120 cases patients were asked about medical history and to be on accessory examination about CT、MRI、TCD,etc. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group gives Nimodipine tabella treatment, the treatment group gives Nimodipine tabella to treat with the Songlinxuemaikang capsule, the treatment course is 14 days, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and transcranial Doppler (TCD) indices. Results：12 cases were cured in the treatment group, 25cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective，1 cases was invalid, the total effective rate was 98.3%; control group healed in 3 cases, 14 cases were markedly effective，23 cases were effective, 18 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate 69.0%. The total effective rate of the two groups comparisons, P <0.05. But in the cured number of cases aspect and in the improvement dizziness symptom’s time aspect (in 7 days), the treatment group demonstrates especially obviously compared to the control group, P<0.01. And in reduces the blood vessel drag force index aspect and in the improvement Vertebrobasilar artery’s average blood stream speed aspect, the treatment group distinguishes obviously between the control group, P<0 ......
