【摘要】目的：探讨微柱凝胶法在新生儿溶血病实验诊断中测定孕妇血清中IgG抗体效价的可行性及方法学。方法：孕妇血清用2-Me处理做倍量稀释后，采用微柱凝胶法测定IgG抗体效价。同时与试管法进行对照比较。结果：用微柱凝胶法和试管法同时检测孕妇血清中的IgG抗体效价，其结果符合率为84.5%(93/110)，其中IgG抗体效价<64时符合率为85.4%(70/82)，IgG抗体效价≥64时符合率为82.1%(23/28)。两种方法检测孕妇血清IgG抗体效价结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论：应用微柱凝胶法测定孕妇血清IgG抗体效价，能够使实验方法简单化、自动化，使实验操作标准化，判读结果直观、与试管法相比减少了肉眼判读结果时的人为误差。方法灵敏度高，结果准确可靠。

    【Abstract】Objective:to study the micro-column sol-gel in the neonatal hemolysis disease experimental determination and diagnosis of pregnant women serum IgG antibody titer feasibility and methodology. Methods: pregnant with 2-serum Me processing do times diluted quantity, applying micro-column gel method.weakness IgG antibody titer. At the same time and the test tube method were compared for comparison. Results: use micro-column sol-gel and test tube method while pregnant women in the serum IgG detection antibody titer, its result accuracy of 84.5% (93/110), including IgG antibody titer <64 when accuracy of 85,4 % (70/82), IgG antibody titer p 64 when accuracy of 82.1% (23/28). Two methods detection pregnant women serum IgG antibody titer result differences no significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: the application of sol-gel micro-column determination of pregnant women’s serum IgG antibody titer, can make the experiment method over-simplication, automation, making the experiment operation standardization, interpretation results with test tube method compared intuitive and reduce the naked eye centrifuged results of human error.
