【摘要】我国的护理工作一直是以女性为主导，对于男护生社会还没有普遍接受，刚走上临床实习的男护生如何很好的完成临床实习，已经成为临床教者共同关注的话题，本文通过对男护生自身特点的分析，提出有效的学习方法和观点与大家共同讨论。

    【Abstract】The nursing work in China has been centered on the female to male dominated nursing students, social haven’t generally accepted, just to protect life clinical practice of male how good finish clinical practice, has become a common clinical instructed issue of concern for man, this paper analyzed the characteristics of its own nursing students, and puts forward effective learning methods and viewpoints discussed with everybody together.
