【摘要】目的:研究巴曲亭在腹部疾病患者围手术期的止血作用。方法:随机将患者分为治疗组(140例)和对照组(124例),治疗组术前、术中、术后给予巴曲亭,对照组在相同时期给予常规止血药物。比较术中出血量、术后静脉血D-二聚体(D-D)以及术后血性引流液量的变化。结果:治疗组术中出血量为(312.1±30.3)ml,对照组为(521.5±29.2)ml(P<0.05);治疗组术后静脉血D-D为(0.6 712±0.071)ng/L,对照组为(0.9 841±0.054)ng/L(P<0.05);血性引流液量在治疗组为(320±28)ml,对照组为(531±16)ml(P<0.05)。结论:巴曲亭在腹部外科手术中的止血作用快，优于常规止血药物，术后使用能明显减少术后血性引流液量。

【Abstract】OBJECTIVE:To study the hemostatic effect of hemocoagulase on abdominal operations in perioperative period. METHEDS:The study was conducted in66patients. They were randomly divided into2groups:hemocoagulase group(n140) and control group(n124). In hemocoagulase group, the hemocoagulase was given in pre-operative, post-operative and intraoperative period and in control group,other commonly-used hemostants were given in the same way as in hemocoagulase group. The amount of bleeding,the content of D-D in venous blood, the quantity of postoperative bloody drainage were compared between2groups. RESULTS:The amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative contents of D-D in venous blood and the quantity of bloody drainage in hemocoagulase and control group were (312. 1±30.3)ml ,(521.5±29.2)ml(P<0.05) ;(0.6 712±0.07)ng/ml , (0.9 841±0.054)ng/ml(P<0.05) and (320±28)ml,(531±16.0)ml,respectively.CONCLUSION:The hemostatic effect of hemocoagulase in abdominal operations is obviously better than that of other commonly-used hemostatics.

腹部外科中由于有些患者凝血机制差或手术创面大,术中和术后出血或渗血较多,但笔者自术前、术中、术后应用巴曲亭以来, 术中和术后出血或渗血明显减少，术后血性引流液量减少。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料：将264例患者随机分为两组。治疗组140例,其中男性84例,女性56例;年龄34Y～68Y;肝硬化门静脉高压64例,低位直肠癌36例,肝癌40例。对照组124例,其中男性92例,女性32例;年龄26Y～65Y;肝硬化门静脉高压60例,低位直肠癌24例,肝癌40例 ......
