    【摘要】目的:观察全瓷冠用于成人前牙排列不齐美容修复的临床效果。方法:对48例患者156颗患牙及基牙进行制备处理，通过全瓷冠修复，恢复患者前牙整齐排列等美观要求。结果:经过治疗，牙体形态和色泽、颈缘适合性、牙龈健康状况良好。结论:全瓷冠用于成人前牙排列不齐美容修复具有较好的疗效。

    Clinical study on aesthetic treatment for malposed anterior teeth by ceramic full crown

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and patients’satisfaction of all-ceramic restoration.Methods 156 malposed anterior teeth in 48 patients, In this experiment, accepted the cryamic full crown restorations to change the color, arrangement and form of the anterior teeth. Results After the treatments,The patients were more satisfied with the form an d eornfort than wi th the color？ e marginal fit an d the gingival condition were good. Conclusion the clinical effect is the better choice for the all-ceramic restoration of malposed anterior teeth.
