    【摘要】目的：探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者的护理对策。方法：分析我院2008年7月至2010年6月收治的85例糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床特点，总结护理方案。结果：85例患者经对症治疗及护理后，好转出院75例，死亡10例(其中5例为病情恶化自动出院，后经随访确定已死亡)。结论：应根据患者的病情进行综合分析，密切观察病情变化，积极控制血糖和心衰，做好药物治疗护理、心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理和健康教育，提高患者的依从性和自理能力，对患者战胜疾病预防并发症，提高生命质量，降低病死率有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Goal: Discussion diabetes merge coronary disease patient's nursing countermeasure.Method: Analyzes my courtyard admits July, 2008 85 example diabetes merge coronary disease patient's clinical characteristic which to June, 2010, summarizes the nursing plan.Finally: 85 example patients after just right for the illness treatment and nursing, the change for the better leaves the hospital 75 examples, dies 10 examples (5 examples for aggravation of disease automatic being out of hospital, latter after revisit determination already death).Conclusion: Should carry on the generalized analysis according to patient's condition, observes the condition change closely, controls the blood sugar and the heart positively fades, completes pharmacological treatment nursing, psychological nursing, diet nursing, movement nursing and the health education, enhances patient's compliance and takes care of oneself ability, defeats the prophylaxis complication to the patient, improves the life quality, cuts the case fatality rate to have the important meaning. ......
