经颅多普勒超声评价慢性大脑中动脉闭塞患者的脑血管储备功能(2)

为观察不同临床表现其血流动力学是否存在差别,本研究同时将慢性MCA闭塞患者分为小卒中组、TIA组和高危组,结果显示患侧MCA平均血流速度和搏动指数组间比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05),但是小卒中组、TIA组和高危组患侧BHI组间比较,小卒中组显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),提示小卒中组的脑血流储备能力降低,但因样本量较小,尚需大样本进一步论证其准确性。
