【摘要】目的:探索人文关怀在护患沟通中的作用。方法:通过完善沟通制度，建立良好的沟通。保护患者的隐私、平等对待每一个生命，使他们真的感受到不是一个人在与疾病战斗。结果:尊重病人的自主性和社会公正是国际医学普遍认可的精神。而人文关怀是建立良好护患关系的重要枢纽，它使各项护理活动能够在患者的积极参加和配合下顺利进行。结论:较高的护理技术和人文关怀是护理中护患关系和临床护理质量提高的重要因素。
