【摘要】目的:探讨乳腔镜切除乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法:经临床钼靶筛选乳腺纤维瘤20例，肿瘤位于外上象限7例，内上象限4例，内下象限3例，外下象限6例。在局麻下，采用乳晕入路，建立皮下隧道，电刀、超声刀等对乳腺纤维瘤进行切除，常规术中冰冻切片。结果:20例手术均获成功，手术时间35-70min，平均40min，术中出血量3-10ml，平均为5.5ml。术后住院时间1-2d，平均1.5d。无术后出血、淤血、感染等并发症发生。随访半年，乳晕瘢痕不明显。结论:采用经乳晕乳腔镜切除乳腺纤维瘤安全、可行，改变了传统手术方法，有常规手术无法达到的美容、整形的手术效果。

    The clincal research of mastoscopic treatment of mammary gland fibroma tumors

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the treatment effect of mastoscopic resection of fibroma tumors. MethodsA total of 20 cases were diagnosed as having fibroma tumors by using molybdenum target X-ray examinations. The tumor was located at upper outer quadrant in 7 cases, upper inner quadrant in 4 cases, lower inner quadrant in 3 cases, and lower outer quadrant in 6 cases, respectively. The operation was conducted via a transareolar approach under local anaesthesia. A tunnel was established underneath the breast skin, then the tumor was resected by using an eletrotome or harmonic scalpel. Frozen-section examination was routinely carried out during operation. ResultsThe operation was successfully completed in all 20 cases. The operation time was 35-70min(mean, 40min). The quantiny of blood during operation was 3-10ml(mean, 5.5ml).
