【摘要】目的: 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病有效的护理，降低该病对孕产妇及胎儿的威胁，为相关治疗起到参考作用。方法: 通过对本院2009年01 月至2010 年01月确诊的妊娠期高血压疾病共153 例患者进行护理监测：制定监测计划，实施临床护理措施，进行效果评价，总结成功护理经验。结果: 对妊娠期高血压疾病实施针对性的监测护理，可以有效控制病情及并发症，本组不少病人属重度妊高症或伴发有其他并发症，都得到了有效治疗。结论: 妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗重在解痉，同时结合镇静、降压等综合治疗。护理上必须加强监测，跟踪患者血压、胎心等变化，重视患者的自觉症状。有效的护理干预可控制妊娠期高血压疾病患者的病情及并发症的发生，密切护患关系，提高母婴生存质量。

    【Abstract】Objectives: To investigate the effective nursing care of PIH (Pregnancy Induced Hypertension) patients. Methods: Analyze the nursing care of 153 PIH patients that had been treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2010, and sumarize the effective nursing methods. Results: Nursing and monitoring can control the PIH patient's condition effectively anddiminish the complication and mortal rate. All the patients, included those who were sick seri seriously or had some other complications, had been cured effectively. Conclusion: Nursing and monitoring effectively and intimely might diminish the complication and mortal rate of PIH patients. It can improve the quality of nursing care greatly and increase the survival rate of patients and new babies. ......
