【摘要】目的 探讨实施临床护理路径在慢性硬脑膜下血肿病人的效果。方法 将105例慢性硬脑膜下血肿病人，由培训过的责任护士按临床路径表，有计划地从入院到出院，对患者及家属给予全程个体化的健康教育。结果 105例患者满意率达100%。结论运用临床路径实施健康教育，能提高护理质量，患者能受到最经济最有效的治疗，最科学合理的护理，使病人能获得最佳的服务。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the effect of clinical nursing pathway of chronic subdural hematoma. Methods: The nurses who had been trained furrowed the clinical pathway table to provide 105 patients and familiaty individual health education. The education is designedly from admission to discharge. Result: The rate of patient satisfaction is 100%. Conclusion: The health education through clinical pathway can improve the quality of care. Patients can get the most economical and effective treatment, get the most scientific and reasonable nursing. Patient can get the best service.
