【摘要】目的:探讨不同方式治疗肋骨骨折的效果。方法:2202例保守治疗，312例内固定手术治疗。结果:保守组治愈2174例，好转266例，死亡7例；手术组治愈311例，死亡1例。结论: 大多数肋骨骨折可保守治疗。内固定手术治疗具有缓解疼痛快、并发症少、致残率低、提高生存率等特点，也是不可或缺的治疗手段。

    【Abstract】Objective:To explore the different treatment of fractured ribs effect. Methods:2202 cases of conservative treatment, 312 cases of internal fixation operation. Results:2174 cases were cured conservative group, 266 better example, 7 cases of death; During 311 cases were cured, death in one. Conclusion:Most fractured ribs but conservative treatment. Internal fixation with surgical treatment pain relief quickly, fewer complications, and low morbidity, improve survival rates and other characteristics, it also requires the therapy.
