【摘要】目的:探讨牙髓牙周病变的发展，从中找到治疗及预防的方法。方法：对我院口腔科门诊2010.01-2011.01一年间86例牙周-牙髓联合病变102颗病牙进行分析。结果:原发性牙髓根尖病继发牙周病变牙的治疗有效率为93.5%，原发性牙周病变继发牙髓病变牙的治疗 有效率为82.1%，联合性病变牙的治疗有效率为62.7%。结论： 对于牙周-牙髓联合病变患者的治疗，医生应对症治疗，但有效率较低。
