【摘要】目的：探讨微型切口VSD负压封闭引流术在临床创伤中应用的临床效果。方法：对20例皮肤撕脱伤、骨筋膜室综合征、挤压伤患者应用微型切口VSD负压封闭引流术治疗。结果：平均使用VSD 7 d，再进行Ⅱ期手术治疗，创面愈合，患肢运动功能及外观恢复良好。结论：微型切口VSD负压封闭引流术在皮肤撕脱伤、骨筋膜室综合征、挤压伤患者的治疗中，效果良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discussion micro-incision VSD vacuum sealing drainage in the clinical trauma of application of the clinical effects. Methods 20 cases of skin avulsion injuries, compartment syndrome, crush injury patients with micro-incision VSD vacuum sealing drainage surgery. ResultsAverage VSD 7 d, further surgical treatment in stage Ⅱ, wound healing, limb motor function and appearance of a good recovery. Conclusion micro incision VSD vacuum sealing drainage in the skin avulsion, compartment syndrome, crush injury in the treatment of patients with good results.
