【摘要】我科于2010年4月18日收治一例妊娠合并左下肢蜂窝组织炎患者，主要症状：半天前无明显诱因出现左下肢肿胀、疼痛、皮色变红，逐渐蔓延至膝下，并出现发热体温最高39℃，现将护理报告如下。
