【摘要】随着医学科学技术发展的日新月异，整合护理队伍，提高ICU护士素质，在如今看来，至关重要。进入ICU的患者病情危重，又被隔离家属，这就完全依赖护士的细致观察和精心护理。而且ICU内的治疗仪器不断更新，与世界同步。这就需要不仅在专业方面对ICU护士加强培养，而且还需要全面的人文教育，ICU护士只有不断地学习，才能使其自身不断进步，更好地与医生合作、为患者服务、创新护理技术、发展护理事业。

The patients in ICU are suffering from sever diseases and being isolated by medical stuff. Nurses in ICU are expected to constantly perfect themselves not only professionally but also comprehensively in that patients in ICU absolutely depend on medical stuff’s observation and care and the update of instrument keep pace with the world. Only study constantly can nurses make progress, cooperate with doctors well, innovate technology of nursing , so that nursing business could be developed ceaselessly.
