【摘要】目的:探讨确保血管条件差、准备化疗的乳腺癌患者成功留置PICC的方法。方法:对肘部血管看不到、摸不到的29例乳腺癌患者及肉眼下置管失败的9例乳腺癌患者在B超引导下行PICC置管术。结果:38例均置管成功，置管成功率100%，发生送管困难和异位0例。结论:B超引导可以帮助血管条件差的患者成功留置PICC管。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the successful way of doing PICC in breast cancer patients who were going to do chemotherapy with poor vascular conditions. Methods: Doing PICC guided by B ultrasonic. In our study, we did PICC by B ultrasonic to 29 breast cancer patients with poor vascular conditions and 9 breast cancer patients failed to do PICC in the elbow. Results :There were 38 patients did PICC successfully and none was hard to indwell, ectopic or failed. The catheter success rate was 100%. Conclusion : B ultrasonic can help patients with poor vascular condition to do PICC successfully. ......
