【摘要】目的:探讨超声引导压迫治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤以及对治疗效果的评价。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对31例心脏介入治疗术后股动脉假性动脉瘤进行诊断及超声治疗，分析假性动脉瘤内回声、血流信号和频谱特征，治疗的适应症及注意事项。 结果:彩超对诊断和治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤效果好。 结论:股动脉假性动脉瘤彩超诊断和治疗具有特殊价值，因其简便准确性高、可重复性，使病程缩短，减轻病人痛苦，所以可作为首选检查和治疗方法。

    Clinical Value of Color Dopplar Ultrasound Diagnosis for 31 Cases Heart Patients after Interventional Femoral Artery Pseudoaneurysms

    【Abstract】Objective: To find out the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided oppression treatment for patients with femoral pseudoaneurysms and the evaluation of the therapy. Methods: To use Color doppler ultrasonography for the diagnosis and treatment of 31 patients with femoral pseudoaneurysms after the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease, to analysis echo, blood stream signals and spectral character in pseudoaneurysm cavity, and to make sure the indications and announcements. Results: The effectiveness of the pseudoaneurysms diagnosis and treatment by Color dopplar ultrasound is good .Conclusions: Color dopplar ultrasound for the pseudoaneurysms diagnosis and treatment has special value. The method which is convenient, highly accurate、easy to practice and can make the course shortened, relive pain of patients is used as the first choice for examination and treatment. ......
