【摘要】目的:研究加强观察与护理对面部疤痕手术治疗愈合的影响。方法:对159例面部疤痕分别用切除直接缝合、分次切除缝合、切除加局部皮瓣修复、切除加植皮等，加强术前术后护理，术后用美宝疤痕平3个月到1年。结果:159例面部疤痕治疗后随访6-12个月，外观及功能理想。结论:不同面部疤痕采用不同手术方法，加强术前心里护理，做好术后的病情观察、康复治疗，能达到理想效果。

    【Abstract】Objective:To strengthen the observation and nursing research to facial scar healing effect of surgical treatment. Methods:Of 159 patients with facial scar respectively with excision direct suture, divide second resection suture, resection with local skin flap, resection with skin grafts, Strengthen the preoperative postoperative nursing, with Mabel scar flat after 3 months to a year.
