【摘要】目的：探讨LASIK术前预防性激光治疗视网膜变性及裂孔的护理。方法:LASIK术前检查发现视网膜变性158眼，在进行预防性视网膜激光光凝术前、术中、术后进行护理。结果:光凝2周后复查可见光凝区色素沉着，择期行LASIK手术，术后随访无一例并发症出现。结论:良好的护理方法可以保证视网膜病变激光光凝治疗的疗效，提高LASIK手术的成功率和满意率。

    Nuring care in the laser coagulation applied in retinal denaturalization before LASIK

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the nursing experience in the laser coagulation applied in retinal denaturalization before LASIK. Methods：Totally, 158 eyes with retinal denaturalization were found in the pre-examination of LASIK. Nursing care was performed before laser coagulation, during and after the treatment. Results：Chromatosis was seen by examination at 2 weeks after laser coagulation. The patients received LASIK in alternated day, and none complication happened after the operation. Conclusion：Good nursing care can guarantee good effects of laser coagulation applied in retinal denaturalization, improve the success rate and satisfaction rate. ......
