【摘要】目的：探讨结直肠肿瘤病人围手术期加速康复外科治疗临床护理效果。方法：选择我院2009年1月至2011年1月收治的对直肠肿瘤患者60例，在围术期实施加速康复外科治疗，并行全面整体的护理干预，就临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果：本组60例患者均顺利完成手术，平均住院时间为6h。术后肺部感染1例，切口感染1例，经积极处理后，均康复出院。结论：加速康复护理强调患者在术前尽早开始活动，降低肌肉强度和肺功能因卧床而引起的损害，行必要的饮食指导、排便护理，可加快患者的康复，提高生存质量。

    Colorectal cancer patients to accelerate recovery of perioperative care of surgical treatment effect observed

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the colorectal cancer patients to accelerate recovery of perioperative surgical nursing clinical effect. Methods: Our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were treated 60 patients with cancer of the rectum, in the implementation of accelerated perioperative surgical rehabilitation, parallel comprehensive and holistic nursing intervention, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 60 patients were successfully operated, the average length of stay is 6h. Pulmonary infection in 1 case, wound infection in 1 case, after active treatment, were discharged. Conclusion: Accelerated rehabilitation care emphasize patient before surgery as soon as possible to begin its activities, to reduce muscle strength and lung function due to damage caused by bed rest, make necessary dietary guidance, bowel care, can speed up the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life. ......
