【Abstract】Objective goals step by step method, continuous improvement, quality of care in the operating room. Nursing Department each month by the general method of work objectives and requirements, combined with quality control checks undergraduate room problems, the decomposition of long-term goals every week, every step to set goals and organize the implementation of nursing. The results raised awareness of objectives and tasks of nurses and the implementation rate and improve the efficiency of tasks, the operating room to continually improve the quality of care. Conclusion The goal is to improve step by step method enthusiasm of nurses, operating room continue to improve the quality of scientific and effective methods.
