5.2琼脂糖凝胶电泳 将HCT116细胞和MDCK细胞分别用含0.01%EDTA的0.25%胰酶消化，吹打均匀，制成5x105/ml的单细胞悬液。将2 ml细胞接种于多聚- HEMA的培养皿中，同时取2 ml普通培养皿中作为阴性对照。48 h后，收集细胞，采用DNA抽提试剂盒按照说明书操作提取DNA，无水乙醇沉淀。25℃琼脂糖凝胶电泳，电压60V，1.5h。
5.3 TUNEL检测将MDCK细胞和结肠癌细胞采用胰酶(5 mmol/L EDTA)消化后，重悬于无血清RPMI1640培养液中，吹打均匀，将1x 105个细胞/well种于多聚-HEMA包被的培养皿中，放入培养箱继续培养。将100 μl细胞悬浮液加入覆盖有细胞加样槽的玻片上，4℃，800 r/min离心2min。3.7%甲醛固定30s。余操作同TUNEL试剂盒。凋亡指数(Apoptosis Index，AI)计算：凋亡细胞数/总细胞数 x 100%。
6.统计学处理 采用SPSS8.0软件对数据进行处理。P
