    【Abstract】 The Trocar Umbilicus Balloon is a special device designed for the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus and other similar kinds of operations to prevent the air leaking from the periphery of the Trocar Umbilicus Balloon. This article describes the invention, formation, and function of the device, and its nomenclature.
