摘要：医院供应室担负着全院的医疗用品回收、清洁、包装、灭菌、贮存、发放等工作，是医院工作中的重要组成部分。本文将从如何提高供应室护理工作质量出发，研探现代医院供应室质量管理的发展方向，从而达到降低医院感染的发生率、缩短病人住院日、提高社会效益、减少医疗纠纷的目的。

    Abstract:Hospital supply room shoulders the responsibility of recovering, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical supplies throughout the hospital. It is an important component of hospital work.This article will start from how to improve the quality of caring work in the supply room, and searching for the develop direction of the quality management ofmodern hospital’s supply room, thus aiming to lowering the incidence rate of hospital infections, shortening patients’ time in hospital, improving social benefits, and reducing medical disputes.
