摘要 目的 探讨超声在肠梗阻早期的诊断价值。方法选择肠梗阻早期有临床表现而X线诊断阴性病人22例行超声检查，比较病人治疗及X线复查情况。结果21例病人超声发现肠梗阻，占95.45%(21/22)。结论超声对早期肠梗阻的诊断有极高的临床应用价值。

    ABSTRACT Objective To probe the value of ultrasound in diagnosing early ileas . MethodsTo scan and test 22 patients suffered from ileus in early stage that X-raywere negative and then comparetheresults with that of the test of clinic therapy and surgical operation and late X-ray .Results 21 patients were judged ileus . Theaccuracy rate of ultrasound is 95.45% (21/22) in diagnosing early ileus.Conclusion Utrasound bears a great value diagnosing early ileus in clinical practice.
