    【摘要】 目的 探讨重度脑室出血的治疗方法。方法:对23例重度脑室出血的病例行双侧脑室外引流及腰池持续引流治疗。结果:存活率80.5%(29/36),死亡率19.5%(7/36),CT显示三、四脑室内血肿清除时间3～6天,平均4.3天。结论:及早疏通脑室系统梗阻是脑室出血的治疗关键,双侧脑室外引流及腰池引流治疗重度脑室出血是一种积极有效的方法。

    Treatment of severe ventricular hemorrhage by drainge of bilateral ventricular intubation and lumbar cisterna

    [ Abstract ] ObjectiveTo study the curative method of severe ventricular hemorrhage,. Methods: 23 patients with severe ventricular hemorrhage in this group were treated by drainage of bilateral ventricular intubation and lumbar cisterna. Results: The survival rate was 80.5%(29/36),the mortality was 19.5%(7/36). The clearance time of hematoma in three and four cerebral ventricles displayed by CT was 3 to 6 days,the average time was 4.3 days. Conclusion: Dredging the obstruction of ventricular system as so on as possible is the key to treat ventricular hemorrhage. Drainage of bilateral ventricular intubation and lumbar cisternaisa is a positive and effective method for treating severe ventricular hemorrhage. ......
