    【摘要】 目的：采用外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗单侧额颞部重型颅脑损伤病人。方法 应用外伤大骨瓣开颅术清除颅内血肿、挫灭脑组织和进行内、外减压术。结果78例病人中：良好27例，中残15例，重残9例，植物生存6例，死亡21例。结论 外伤大骨瓣开颅术对救治单侧额颞部重型颅脑损伤病者有确切疗效，能显著减少并发症。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveApply large trauma cranietomy to treatsevere frontotemporal craniocerebral injury. MethodsClean intracranial hematoma and bad brain tissue to reduce intracranial pressure.ResultsIn 78 patients, 27 cases had good recovery, 15 cases suffered moderated disability, 9 cases were severely disabled, 6 cases were living vegetatively, 21 cases were died. ConclusionsThere is a definite result in applyinglarge trauma cranietomy to treatsevere frontotemporal craniocerebral injury ,and theoperation can greatly reduce complications.
