    【摘要】 目的：了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点，促进临床合理用药。方法 对我院2003年1月~2004年12月收集的254例ADR报告，分别从患者老龄化、给药途径、药物种类、涉及器官系统等方面进行统计分析。结果 254例ADR中，主要与患者年龄偏大、静脉给药、抗感染药物使用及中药注射剂的质量有关，ADR常见表现为皮肤及附件的损害。结论应合理使用抗感染药物，加强中药注射剂的质量监控，加强专业人员的业务和服务素质的培训，以减少和避免ADR的发生。

    Analysis of ADRs in 254 Cases in Yangang Hospital, Yantian District, Shenzhen

    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE: To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) so as to promote the rational use of drugs in clinic. METHODS: We analyzed 254 cases in the field of patients?ageing, routes of administration, sorts of medicine and involved organs, whose data was in hospitalization from January 2003 to December 2004. RESULTS: ADRs related to patients?elder age, intravenous administration, use of anti-infective drugs and the quality of injection of TCM. ADRs were mainly manifested as shin and local lesion. CONCLUSIONS: Rational use of anti-infectivedrugs, the good quality of TCM injection and enhance theprofessional activities and service quality should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR. ......
