【摘要】 目的：观察口服甘露醇在妇科手术前肠道清洁中的作用效果. 方法 取108例患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 观察两组各自不清洁人数, 所需时间及术后首次排血便人数. 结果 观察组不清洁人数为零. 所需时间短, 术后首次排血便无一人次, 明显优于对照组.结论 在掌握好适应症的情况下, 口服甘露醇清 洁 肠道是一种较为理想的清洁肠道的方法

Mannitol applied research of cleaning enema before gynecologic surgery
[ABSTRACT] Objective To observe the effect of mannitol in the use of cleaning enema before gynecologic sergery. Methods 108 cases were randomized to observation group and control group,we calulated and recorded the counts of patients whose intestine was uncleaning, the counts of patients with firstly bloody stool after the operation, the time form drinking the mannitol to the intestine cleaned.Results None patient in the observation group was with uncleaning intestine, neither was with firstly bloody stool and the total time of intestine cleaning was shorter. All the above are superior to the control group. Conclusion With the well control of indications, drinking mannitol is an ideal ways of cleaning enema before gynecotogic surgery ......
