【摘要】 目的：探讨番泻叶对精神病人便秘的治疗作用及安全性。方法将伴有便秘症状328例精神病人随机分为A(165例)、B(163例)两组，A组给番泻叶5-10g冲水顿服；B组给果导片0.3顿服。记录服药后排便时间及副作用。结果A组治疗精神病人便秘起效时间快且排便彻底，副作用主要有轻微至中度阵发性腹痛、肠鸣、稀便等，没有严重副作用，优于B组。结论番泻叶用于治疗精神病人便秘疗效确切，起效快，副反应小，安全性大，值得进一步研究和推广。

    A clinical control study between fanxieye and phenolphthalein in treatment of the coprostasis about patient with psychosis

    ABSTRACTAIM: To observe the efficiency and security of fanxieye in treatment of the coprostasis about patient with psychosis. METHODS: The 165 patients with the coprostasis about patient with psychosis were divided into A group with fanxieye and 163 patients with same symptomwere divided into B group with phenolphthalein, 5-10g fanxieye or 0.3g phenolphthalein , po, st. The side effect and time defecate were noted. RESULTS: The curative effect of fanxieye is quickly than phenolphthalein and adverse reactions were mild, for example: bellyache, scours, et,al. CONCLUSION: Fanxieye was effective in treatment of the coprostasis about patient with psychosis and produced fewer side effects. It is worthwhile for clinical use. ......
