【摘要】 目的：提高肾错构瘤术前诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析7例肾错构瘤的影象学表现。结果肾错构瘤IVP无特异性表现，在B超、CT检查上有特征性表现。结论B超、CT为肾结构瘤的首选检查方法。

    AbstractPurpose: To improve the accurate diagnosis rate for renal angiomyolipoma(RAL)before operation. Methods: Data of the imaging and pathological characteristics of 7cases of patients with renal angiomyolipoma that proved by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Intravenos pyelography(IVP)did not depict any specifi imaging for RAL. Ultrasonography(US)and computerized tomography(CT)depicted specific characteristics for RAL. Conclusions: It is uidely accepted that the us. CT is the best method of imaging examination.
