[摘 要] 目的：总结喉癌患者在围手术期的护理经验，对护理效果进行探讨。方法：选择我院2005年9月至2010年9月收治的21例喉癌患者，其中声门上癌6例，声门癌9例，声门下癌6例。对手术治疗方法、护理方法及护理效果进行分析。结果：21例患者手术均取得成功，有1例患者发生气管导管脱管。无患者发生鼻腔、口腔感染。结论：护理人员应掌握丰富的护理知识，并通过细致的术前术后护理，关怀和照顾患者，为其提供足够的营养支持，可减少并发症的发生，提高患者术后的生存质量。
